Rewards program FAQs

You can find more answers in our Help Center!

Does it cost to join?
No! Joining the H&V Rewards program is free of cost.
How do I find previously redeemed rewards?
When you redeem a reward, your points are immediately exchanged for the reward. However, you do not need to use the reward immediately. If you choose not to use the reward, it will be saved in your panel under Active Rewards. To use a previously redeemed reward, log in to your account. Then click the 'Rewards' tab on your account page and select the reward you want to use. Copy and paste the discount code at checkout!
Can I transfer my points?
Currently, we do not allow point transfers between accounts. In certain cases, we may be able to help! Email us and we will do our best to assist 😊
How do I refer a friend?
Through the loyalty panel, you can share your referral link via Facebook, X and/or email directly with a friend. You can also share it by copying and pasting the referral link in other social media platforms, SMS, WhatsApp. Once your friend clicks on the referral link, they will be redirected to the store's page; where they'll have to enter their email address in a prompt to get their reward/discount code via e-mail. Your friend will need to manually copy and paste the code for it to be applied at checkout. When your friend makes a purchase with the reward code; that's when the referral is considered completed.
