Awesome shirt but sizing runs really small

I love the print on the shirt and the quality but the sizing is odd. The women’s Large is way, way smaller than the other shirt I bought in Men’s Medium. I usually have plenty of room in a women’s Medium top but this Large is tiny and way too snug.
