Sabine Wren Convertible Messenger Bag

Before I purchased it, I was a little worried about the asymmetric nature of the little pouch that you can see on the right hand side of the main image. But, never fear! If you're like me and crave things that match side-to-side, the pouch is removable! Between that, the logo, the structure, and the solidity of the bag, I'm overjoyed with the purchase.

This bag is SO nice and seems to be really well made. I love the materials that it is made with, and the design is lovely.

The bag is well made and has good pockets for keeping organized. The strap is less than desired.
When in backpack form the straps are narrow enough that they dig into my shoulders a bit. Its a small bag so its not too bad, but I definitely wouldn't cary it like that for very long.
When in messenger bag form the strap is much too long. If shortened the extra material loops and hangs loosely off the back of the bag so its awkward. And if you have anything with weight in the bag (even just my sketchbook) the straps slide out to the full length and it hangs well past my knees.
I plan to cut and permanently shorten the straps between 12 and 20 inches to better fit my hight (5'7") Another alternative might be pinning the straps shorter so they don't slide.

Bag is very spacious and definitely has room for everything, ipad, wallet, epi pens and more. Biggest issue is you go to grab the straps in either backpack mode or messenger bag mode and it does have a tendency to tip and spill it’s contents,which can be very inconvenient. It’s perfect in backpack mode on a wheelchair though! Which was my goal use ❤️✨
