Please email us at customerservice@heroesvillains.com with the order number along with a description of the issue. Please allow 48-72 hours (Monday - Friday) (from when you send your email for a response from our Customer Service Team. You will then receive an email with instructions on how to return the item(s).
All orders of sale items are final.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item(s) from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item(s) must be in the original packaging.
Your item(s) needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Your item(s) will NOT be eligible for return if it is:
- Damaged
- In used condition
- A free item purchased as part of a promotion
Refunds
Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will immediately notify you via email on the status of your refund after inspecting the item(s).
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment.
Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to appear on your account.
Exchanges
If we shipped you the wrong product, or it arrived defective or damaged, we're sorry! We will send a replacement, provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging and condition.
If the reason is due to our error, you will not be responsible for return shipping costs. For exchanges, you will not be charged to ship the new item(s).
Exchanges follow the same guidelines as our Return Policy. Please note that we do not hold items while waiting for a return. If your selected option is out of stock, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
Exchanges must be sent back within 30 days or your return request will be cancelled and no longer eligible for return or exchange.
NOTE: In some cases, we may not have the product/size for which you wish to exchange, so we recommend checking the sizing info and placing an order for the correct product/size you want, and then start the return process.
