Good quality, looks and feels nice.
I was not told that my large ticket item was out of stock and was not offered an alternative, they simply shipped the hat by itself. I only needed the large item for a gift and added the hat as an afterthought and was not happy. Initially there was trouble working with the customer service and I am not sure they understood or read my whole message. I was also confused as there had been no notification of being out or a substitution. There was a little back and forth and we did reach a resolution.
I understand as a smaller company this happens and am not upset the larger item was out of stock, I was only upset about the lack of communication and perhaps the quality of the communication later.
The hat is great though, one of the best I've purchased.
