Shipping FAQs (heroesvillains.com)

We process orders Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after 12 pm CST Friday and through the weekend won’t be processed until the following Monday. We will send out an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. If tracking is received on the weekend, please note our carriers only pick up Monday- Friday. Please allow 72 hours for tracking updates. 

Our processing time for all orders is 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and federal holidays). During peak periods such as sales, holidays, and launches this timeframe may be extended without warning.
