Water strap ripped with 3 days of putting hydro flask, mud horn logo came off. Top handle started to show wear and tear after weld use
My dad loves this backpack so much ! He’s been using this to put his medication away and anything else he needs for the cancer clinic. He loves that he can show off his love of Star Wars and that it’s a durable long lasting bag. Unfortunately something happened and he broke his bag on accident but I’m so glad heroes and villains customer service could help me out so I could replace it for him since he was pretty sad about it. Thank you guys so much for brightening my dads day when he got the second one! Thank you with all my heart and love <3333
Love my backpack! So many compartments and plenty of space for tons of things to pack in! Great support too on the straps as well.
Quiet spacious backpack, has a lot of pockets and materials of high quality. Cool mythosaur. Only thing I didn't like is aurabes letters, it should have been mandalorian letters instead. But other than that it's perfect. This is the way.
Love the backpack, but the color in-person is a lot more brown than the orangey-rust depicted in the website's pictures. At first I thought I had bought the wrong backpack or had selected some wrong color option. Guess it depends on the lighting around you more than anything.
