Great product at a great price. Quality and beautiful. I love it!!
Shipping was excellent. Received in a timely manner even around a holiday. The bag is beautiful, looks even better in person. The problem is the quality; I’ve only had this bag for two days and this is the first day I’ve worn it, there is fraying already on the brown strapping on the bag. This is a HUGE disappointment, especially given the price of the item. I want to get another bag I’m looking at but I’m definitely rethinking that just because I don’t know how durable my current bag will be in just a few short months. This was supposed to be a forever bag and one I wanted to pass down to my son when he starts school. So the wind is knocked out of my sails right now but I’ll wait and see through weather and daily wear how it holds up. I think the work that H&V is doing is really cool and unique…so my fingers are crossed. I would definitely love to keep supporting the company.
