I bought a t-shirt a Christmas gift for my daughter. Their website said order before 12/15 to get it in time for Christmas. I ordered on 12/14. On 12/18 they said the order shipped. I checked
with FedEx, they said the shipment was created but they didn't yet have the package from H&V. I contacted H&V multiple times leading up to Christmas, they kept blaming in to FedEx well into January. They were so sorry they screwed my order they offered me 20% off my next one, not a refund. They finally created a new order, I ended up receiving both orders, one the wrong size in mid January. I understand the holidays get busy, but their customer service is NOT good.
