Had an issue with the sleeve, otherwise a great jacket. H&V were sold out if my size and I was given the choice of store credit or refund. I took store credit and ordered another product asap. The amazing thing was my experience with Customer Serve. They really take care of you. No hassle, no fuss or arguing. They handled the situation in a few hours. (If I had checked my email it would have been quicker)
