Great design and quality

This backpack is well designed, spacious, and high quality!

Great bag that could be improved.

Good medium-ish size backpack. Well constructed, holds a lot of stuff. Only thing that could use improvement are the shoulder pads on the straps. They are flat leatherette and rather small. A padded shoulder pad would be a lot better. I added one which uses Velcro to attach. Much better.
